Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note, that if within the 7 days, you conducted any use of the services on the trading platform, like opened trades, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In that case, you should contact your Trading Platform Provider and you will be refunded according to your available balance.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 7 days.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your refund, you must submit a refund request (please see at the bottom of this page).

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

It normally 10 to 15 business days for the refund to reach into your account.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:

A – check your bank account again.

B – contact your credit card company, it may take more than the usual before your refund is officially posted.

C – contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
